I tried to activate my BF2 to Origin here. Tried twice, didn't work. Contacted EA support, with "Jason". Just wonderful service.
you can say whatever you want about EA but you can't say they don't have a good support.

Did someone had the same experience than me?

Glad to hear that tech support actually supported you. :)

The easy/troll argument would be that another company doesn't have an Origin activation to begin with. :D

The question is who didn't have same expirence as you. ^^
They simply have wonderful support, altho the chat could be better, like sound when chat session starts, and maybe timer from 40mins to zero.

Last time I contacted them, like few weeks ago, they didn't have them.

Support was professional, quick and competent with me (ME2 required "hidden administrator" or something like that to work). The problem is Origin itself, which hinders the game experience instead of making it easier.

I agree. EA does have one of the best support I've experience. I guess this is to makes up for the needs to frequently contact support >.<

No. Why would I want to uninstall it if I have games that use it? I lost access to my account, and they gave it back to me.

I've had some mixed experiences with EA Support. For the most part, they have been very friendly and helpful, but back when they were using the DOB for account authorization, I had loads of problems.

Their support is good, but overall they might be bad.
The best thing is the live chat like you just said. It really helps alot.

There is no chat service in Poland as far as I know, and the guy I contacted through email (answered me after 2 days or so) had no idea how to help me, and eventually just stated that he can't... Well, he could. He was just lazy or incompetent. So I guess it depends on a country. And A Guy.

Never had to use Steam support 10/10. All I know is that Origin co-op games haven't functioned for weeks on end until recently.

Last time i used their customer support, i wanted to kill myself...
They had no idea why BF2 Complete Collection said that my CD-keys were pirated.
Neither did i, but somehow i fixed it myself. I took me a whole f** week!

I disagree, a few games from my library were removed from Origin and when I contacted them, they couldn't tell me what happened, why it happened or how to fix it. They said other users reported the issue too, that Humble Bundle removed support for the Origin bundle and then offered me a 15% off coupon for my next purchase. Why would I continue buying stuff if it's just going to disappear without an explanation?

I must confess, both EA and Blizzard are two companies tha aren't on the top of my book, but their suporte is really great! Just contacted EA suport twice but both situations they have been very helpful, and blizzard is a company that in my experience when you call suport if you don't pay atention you may forget you're with a suport on phone and not a good friend helping you.

They activated me like 10-15 games I couldn't activate. Mass Effect, Bulletstorm: Limited Edition, both Godfathers etc. All I had to do was to just provide them my CD-Keys for them.

I've had good experience with Origin support, just not the Origin client. However, all my experiences with Origin support were for manually activating CD-keys that should have activated from the client in the first place.

I've had awful experience with their support. Burnout Paradise wouldn't save for me. When I explained my problem to them, they basically just told me to fuck off, that's Steam's problem, because I had the game on Steam. When I would explain to them that it is not Steam's problem, it's a problem with the game, they just told me as long as the game was on Steam, it was Steam's problem. After trying this a few times, I finally got an agent to listen to me. He explained to me that he was going to deactivate my copy on Steam and give me a key for the game on Origin. After I told him I did not want the game on Origin, he insisted this was the only way to fix my problem. Of course, it didn't fix my problem, unsurprisingly, considering the solution didn't make any sense. After contacting them again, I finally got them to connect me with an expert. He finally fixed my problem by informing me that my antivirus program was interfering with the game saving.

Over all, the tech support was god awful until they connected me with someone who knew what they were doing. Their support was starting to resemble Tigerdirect support, which is pretty much the worst thing I can say about it.

it depends on what person of the support staff you happen on...its the same with LoL support...there was an idiot who could not even understand what I was trying to tell him for a few days...then another guy changed him and solved my problem within a few hours...rly...
