I think sonic 2 gives back extra because its in a promo section 'get coins + 250 bonus coins for first purchse'

but I don't understand what that means exactly. it could mean for buying only 1 of the games in the section, which would explain why some people got extra for it and some didn't. I may try to test it with one of the cheaper ones from the section.

You cost me $2.99, man. I mistakenly one-clicked an app, after being told (probably incorrectly) that I got coins even though I'm not in the US. Oh, well, it was for a decent hidden object adventure I considered buying anyway.

Thanks for posting this thread. I had close to 500 coins alrady and got everything done JUST before midnight. Grabbed GTA:SA, GTA:VC, GTA3, Sonic The Hedgehog 2, Minecraft - Pocket Edition, Plague Inc., Threes!, and the Plex App. Quite a haul for $0.00.

EDIT: GTA:SA still gives 2000 coins and costs 699 coins, for those who have 699 coins lying around. And Sonic 2 gave me more than I spent for it, like the people below, even though its price doesn't imply that.

What San Andreas you have to buy? Can't see the android version on the Amazon app, only see Vice City.

Am I missing something? The last app "Perfectly Clear" was app of the day yesterday, so it was free then, but the rest aren't free. They range from $0.99 to $2.99

Any exploits for free stuff today, kicking myself for missing this right now.
