If you want a real gaming pc, which you can use for many years, just look how much money you have left for a graphic card and buy the best you can get for this money. ;)
If you know how much money you will have for it, i could give better suggestions.

Thank you for the tip! I could spend as much as 400β¬ for the graphics card.

If you're staying with NVIDIA, with a lucky deal you might be able to afford a gtx 780, or maybe get a lesser one and upgrade when the 800 series come out if you'll want it then. From experience, my 760 has not disappointed in the slightest on any title.

I was also gravitating towards the 760 to be honest, but I guess we'll see :)

I have the gtx 770, it's really good. It's worth the extra money (most like 50 more).

You have a locked processor which won't let you overclock, but your motherboard is made for heavy overclocking.
Get the Intel core I5-4690K processor. Instead of Corsair get a XFX or Seasonic 750W 80+ Gold certified power supply.
They are higher quality and somewhat cheaper priced. Also get a more known brand RAM. It saves you some worries and such.
For liquid cooler get the Corsair. I own it and it works like a charm.

I'm planning on buying them from stores here in Greece. The sites are mostly in Greek, but you should have to problem reading the specs (assuming that's what you want to check). The links should be up any minute now ;)

My budget also includes a printer, an Xbox 360 PC controller, a mousepad, a gaming mouse, a gaming keyboard and a copy of Windows 8.1, so I don't think I can afford it :(

A lot of people has suggested this, so I may as well buy this one :)

Get the MSI R9 290 if possible, otherwise the Sapphire R9 280X 3GB GD5 OC D-X is fine

In about two weeks I'm going to build my first ever gaming PC and I was wondering if you guys could take a look at my choices and make your own suggestions. The most I can spare on this rig is 2200β¬.
Monitor: LG 23MP65HQ
Case: CoolerMaster Cosmos SE
SSD: Samsung 120GB Sata III 840 Evo
Motherboard: MSI Z97 MPower OR MSI Z87 MPower
RAM: TeamGroup DDR3 8GB (2x4) 2400MHz Vulcan
Power Supply: Corsair PSU RM 750W 80+ Gold Modular
Speakers: Trust GXT 38 2.1 HDD: Haven't decided yet (I'm pretty sure 500GB will do the trick for me though)
Liquid Cooler: Corsair CPU Cooler Hydro H100i OR Zalman Hydro Cooler Reserator 3 Max
CPU: Intel Core i5 4690K
Graphics Card: This is where I really need your suggestions.
If you actually reached this point and you read my whole post, I'd like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking the time to help a complete stranger :) EDIT: Having taken into account your suggestions, I'll probably get one of these as RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8GB
