Strange and ironic thing - the hint timer was stuck at 10:00 for me. Had to open a new browser to get it to tick down, so now I have to wait 9:24 before I get the hint (which probably will just make me cry again anyways).

I'm not sure exactly how, but I most definitely will. I never intended this giveaway to exclude people - this is why there is a hint at itstoohard. I think I'll either decrease it's cooldown (from 10h) if I'm able to do so, or write that hint here in the topic like 2-3 hours before the giveaways end. Plus another smaller hint coming up right now.

Solution
It's kind of a puzzler 101. Look for unnecessary capital letters, bold letters, TEXT IN ITALICS or page source.
If you were paying attention you noticed that the giveaway ends at "11:58 pm". That's a little weird, isn't it? Especially when in italics - It was a direct reference to Iron Maiden's 2 Minutes to Midnight
First hits for " 11.58 pm music" in google:
-Klaymore - 11:58 PM (Iron Maiden Homage)
-"11:58 pm only metalheads get it" FB post with lots of Iron Maiden releated comments.
+1: the hint also had Iron Maiden songs' titles in italics - Moonchild, Sanctuary, and the wonderful Wasted Years. All three from Maiden, all three in italics - so it served as a double-hint (pay attention to italics, and Maiden)
Hope at least with this explanation I can help you to make the terrifying puzzles a little more friendly - if you know basics like this, they are much enjoyable, most puzzles turn into detective work from unsolvable cryptics :)
