No, You can test that by yourself by adding a third party game to your library. Works for most games

I was basing that assumption on the fact that tinyBuild games had trouble implementing it in NTTE. They tweeted a bit about it, asking if it was important or if they should just leave it out. They had major lag issues when they enabled it and had to do some work to get it to work properly and without lag.
