I didn't had that bug, maybe it was a graphics setting in game not working well with your graphic card/settings?

it looks like game could not find the uv data of texture. But no idea what is causing this...

The game is good, but their "id Tech 5 game engine" is awful thing, worked better the 32 bit version of the game than the 64 bit, but their "slow texture loading" loads only the side you're looking, and memorizes this data only for a half a second, so when you're moving your camera to any direction it makes the game lag a lot, I have an 7950 GPU, the worst that this is part of their engine.
