I contacted support right after the WB Games bundle popped up (I didn't receive an email with a gift link for a gift copy I purchased for a friend) they got back to me that evening with a link.
Probably took them roughly 9 hours, on a day when they must have been getting massive numbers of petitions, so I give them kudos on my end!

Thats exactly the same problem I'm having. So I waited after I purchased it as a gift and clicked to send it to the email but since i never got any mail with the link to my email I sent it to myself and I didn't get anything again. And now I've sent hb a mail with my paypal receit and still haven't got any response from them.

I did send them the transaction number for paypal and the email address it should have been sent to. I ended up with the standard email and a response to my request with the link from one of their staff. It's possible that a lot of gift transactions had this issue, and I happened to request support almost immediately (about 20 minutes after the bundle launched) so mine was fixed more quickly (And now you're dealing with a backlog).

Oh! Did you get an email stating "Thank you for emailing us. We have received your message and are working on responding to you as soon as possible."?
I received that immediately after I sent in my request for support, if you didn't get that, there could have been an issue when you emailed them.

In my case it always takes AT LEAST a couple of days (of course sometimes they don't even respond). I don't look any help in HIB support anymore, in case of games(doesn't working DRM-free version etc) I'll faster find a help with devs support. Fortunatly, I haven't encountered any troubles connected with buying bundle or with account, because there would be really little chance for getting help from HIB support.

They are a small team and sometimes they recieve tons of emails, especially when the bundles sells like hotcakes..Here's what their autoreply email says:
"Hey there,
Thank you for emailing us. We have received your message and are working on responding to you as soon as possible.
We are currently experiencing a heavy inflow, and it may take several days for us to reply back to you. We apologize for the inconvenience. If you have any additional information to add, please reply to this email. If you're emailing about an order, please be sure to include your Transaction ID (it should begin with an X) to help us find your purchase."
So it can unfortunately take a few days.

Ok apperently it's something wrong with my mail. I tried my other mail and i got that automated response. Both my mails are hotmail. And i double checked and I don't have contact@humblebundle.com as blocked or anything and I always got my mails from them up untill now.

1st time i contacted them, they replied in like, close to 2 weeks.
2nd time, in a 3-4 days.
So, yea. They take their time.

Do they usually take days to answer your emails?
