RU + CIS (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan

A friend of mine just posted some GA fo HB games that i just bought for him and he placed restriction for this:
RU + CIS (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan)
Somehow i am in RU+CIS region even thou i am i EU(Serbia)?
What is going on, does anyone know?

Maybe he just wants to restrict them to people in the RU+CIS region, without the key being region-locked. Like a group giveaway, but restricted to region instead of group. Go ask him.

It's not too late to ask him. Maybe he thinks Serbia is part of the CIS :D

The problem is, the only ppl that can ener/win are the ones that cant activate the key lol

But is the key region-locked to EU in the first place? Since prices are almost always highest for us, keys are rarely region-locked.

Many recent keys from big publishers are region locked to EU or EMEA, sometimes playlocked too.

Capcom is one those who lock, but only newest games (Dead Rising 4, might be only so far) which isn't in bundle
