I happen to have won a game with a key that got revoked many month (years) later. I can't change back to "not received".
There's been a lot of keys revoked for that game (as for many others) as shown in discussions.
Please let us mark them as not received or "revoked" without too much fuss (contacting users not online for years...) so it doesn't block entering Steamgift-Tools.protected giveaways.
thanks

You can make a support ticket for this. I think "Other" category.

i did. i also tried to contact the creator (couldn't get him to accept invite on steam - but I see he's back online finally), linked to the discussion thread about mentionned revoked keys... still shown as won ever since.
I don't want to spam support, I want a quick fix when it is obvious there has been a mass key revoke.

Yeah, they're not gonna act faster while you create Discussions because it would be a mess if they do, creating a huge pile of "tickets" on discussions

i don't want to short-cut the ticketing system. I want a general purpose solution for known mass key revokes.

I think it's s good idea 👍, support is overwhelmed with tickets as is.

Yeah, not a bad idea. You can also just ask the original giver for a delete. I've had that happen to games that I gave, and I've always been willing to delete the GA. I'm not going to let losing a little CV get in the way of someone else's ability to enter GAs and not have their activation messed up.

Sometimes stuff like this just happens, and we all just need to be cool to one another.

I sure tried that.
the trouble starts once you're not able to get any feedback from the GA creator at all.

Oh, that sucks. Well, in that case, opening a support ticket is the way to go. The mods can fix the issue...it may just take a little while due to the number of requests they get.

You don't necessarily need feedback for them. Just to inform them and show proof of revocation to support.

Changing feedback from received to not received always require support manual check. There is reason why feedback is locked after 30 days, sadly people were marking GAs incorrectly for one reason or another.

I do agree that we could have extra ticket category though, with mandatory field for screenshot of revocation message. And simple approve / disapprove solution that would allow those be processed by people without Super Mod + privileges. Right now it takes time as other ticket need to be created and processed by Super Mod +. And request new winner and delete tickets pretty much always have highest priority.
