I may look into getting a new mouse.
The companies I want to look at now are Corsair, Roccat or CM.

If you feel the need, other company recommendations are appreciated, apart from Razer and Logitech.

+Zowie FK1
Zowie makes the best gaming mice in terms of performance (if you care about appearance, buy those overpriced flashy mice).

I've been This and it's been really good. It's fairly cheap for what it can do and it's been running smooth for over a year for me. I picked up two of them on sale for ~35 bucks.

I have a Razer Dethadder. It's a great mouse - it feels good, it's responsive, it slides well, and the click requires just the right amount of force. That is, until a single click started processing as a double click, then a triple click. You have no idea how annoying it is to select a bunch of files and to have your mouse decide that every one of them should be opened rather than just selected, or selecting an SCV to get some vespene then come back a few minutes later to find you have no minerals and all your SCVs are trying to gangbang a single geyser. I had to run a script that ignored clicks that came too close together to counteract the problem. Then I found out that the issue can be fixed by blowing compressed air under the mouse button, which seemed ridiculous, but I tried it anyway. Amazingly, it fixed the problem for a couple week, then a couple more weeks, then a month, and now about 3 months and running.

tl;dr: Good choice on not considering Razers. It's like eating at McDonalds -- it seems like a good idea at the time, but you quickly end up regretting your decision.

Why not Logitech ? I have a Performance MX from them and it is AWESOME, even for games, I play a lot of games with it, never had any problems, 2 years with same mice and battery. =)

I had a Corsair M65 RGB, but the left click broke after 6 months, so I bought a Logitech G502. I loved the Corsair, but the build quality was crap :/

Redragon. Not too expensive, really comfortable (for me at least, I have big hands) and good looking.

In a dire need (ok hyperbole, but you get the picture) of a DURABLE mouse. My Kanai v2 is kinda giving up (phantom click button 3) at the moment.

I'm playing Dota 2 and Diablo 3 alot.

I'd recommend SteelSeries Rival. I went for it because it was beast on paper and it still is, you even can notice the advantage that this thing can offer you but the rubber on the sides has worn off so easily. Also consider the Zowie FK or the SteelSeries Sensei

The button below the scroll wheel? It changes the DPI, you can configure different profiles and you can change between them

I've been using Bloody Tech V7M, so far so good. Also, I payed lot less then current price on Newegg.
I needed durable mouse, with strong pad beneath, and reinforced cable... due my "restless hand syndrome", my older mouse can attest to this. Additional staff like side buttons, adjustable sensor were just bonus.
