Planetary Annihilation - key trading

Is there any batch of bad keys for Planetary Annihilation circulating around? Someone just offered me the game for Takedown, he says he has bunch of extra keys from the developers, and he had ok rep. But even so, I can't help but feeling suspicious about the trade.

Probably keys from Humble Store (bought with fraudulent credit card).

Do not go for it! There was a case of someone trading PA keys on ST that were later revoked.

Not really sure. I was considering trading for it a while ago. The person had great rep. I forgot about it until I stumbled upon his profile a couple of weeks later and saw so much red.
