Sucks for you, I got my Civ 5 first try last night.

you have to wait 24 hours..

you after vote you must submit then.

• check if you have the same e-mail for both
• click the verification link again
• make sure it actually shows that you voted for all the things on your account

If none of that works / worked contact their support.

This is the second thread I've seen today about someone bitching about not getting a free game.

If you have just joined CVG for the giveaway then you will need to validate your CVG account first.

make a fake acc and try again

If it shows you this message even after 24 hours, go back to the email and click on the verification link again. I got the key instantly after doing this.

Do not expect to get key till the next day..
On day two click on the "Redeem your FREE Game!" link.
You should get the "Your Game Activation Key" email immediately after.

Try clicking it a thousand more times.
