even if someone gifts it, it can't appear in your inventory till you accept the gift. it's a glitch maybe?

Haha everyone loves free games with cards specially one that no one plays or doesn't play more than "the cards giving time", I also want to share some story, yesterday I received "Blob From Space" because seems I voted it on green light, some ppl bought it on some current bundle, now when game is on Steam it already received most negative reviews, and since it's Early Access developers are already crying on some reviews, that they're unfair due to game being in Early Access and how it's and indie and blah blah blah, it seems just another game from our lovely Greenlight that only serves for cards, the point of this is receiving cards from free games that very unlikely will have any purpose more is cool :D

This happens when support reverts a trade, your previously traded items, including games, appear in your inventory in this way, but if you did not traded, maybe support did some kind of error when returning this game to someone or doing something with it, or you just have a secret Steam support friend :P

Few minutes back i logged into my Steam account and found there this gift. It'sobviously regular gift, not a limited time, my licenses list says "Little Racers STREET - Gift". I'm harvesting it's cards right now.
I have no idea where this came from. It just appeared in my inventory, no clue. I check my email and few sites and found i won nothing.
Do you know how is this possible? Is someone giving this for free?
