Well if you want the game on STEAM then you have to buy it off steam. I don't think there are any steam CD keys floating around.

Highly unlikely to get GTA 5 in the form of a steam key anywhere outside of Steam, most distributors that sell it at a lower price usually sell it in the form of a Rockstar activation code. Good luck tho.

Fun fact: In the US, GameStop does sell GTAV Steam game cards (in the same way they sell Steam Wallet cards.) So technically there is a way to get GTAV Steam version (in the form of a code) outside the Steam store.

Though, they're still $59.99 (plus tax if applicable.) But hey you can trade in your old games to GameStop and save ~$0.25 on your next purchase.

Steam is the only place you can get the steam ver, i think nuuvem with VPN has the cheapest, but it was cheaper during sales.

I think i buy it on steam, in my wallet are 1.56€ that's cheaper than 59,99€ :D
