So I'm making my lunch before work, eggs, and I got to wondering how SG likes their eggs?
Personally, I like mine scrambled with mushrooms, ham or bacon in them and shredded cheese all cooked together. And top it off with a nice grain mustard. I know, it sounds odd but I love it.

And as you came in for, the small mandatory GA.

I like devilled eggs best 😈, but you can cook them a lot of different ways or use them for a lot of recipes and they're pretty eggcellent on their own! :3

Anything between sunny side up to a hard-boiled egg cooked with pork which went through several rounds of reheat and refrigeration, resulting in a chewy texture.

Basically, I don't care as long as it is tasty 😀

I think I love all kinds of eggs. Scrambled eggs is great with the possibility to add almost any stuff, boiled is superb in sandwich, soft boiled egg or sunny side up is great with a runny yolk, and I really-really like the spicy-savoury deviled egg as well :D

I like eggs all sorts of ways...fried, scrambled, omelette...

...but there is one absolute requirement: they must have hot sauce on them. Eggs without hot sauce are like bread without butter, a Camaro without a V8, Han without Chewie...there's just no point. When I'm in the NE and ask for hot sauce and they reply that they'll "look around and see if they have some," I just sigh and am reminded why I live in the SW. :D (and often, when they cannot locate said hot sauce, I change my order to a waffle or something...lol)

Get a non-stick pan, one that's not all scratched up. Get a few eggs, enough to make a thin omelette, crack them in a bowl, add a small splash of water, and beat them.No need to go overboard, just make sure that the white & yolk are mostly mixed together.
Grate some Parmigiano Reggiano or Grana Padano, don't get that dry powdered stuff that's sometimes sold as "parmesan cheese".
Put a think, even layer of cheese in the pan (pre-heated), and when it starts to get a bit bubbly and change colour ever so slightly, put in the beaten eggs. Wait until the omelette is done, fold it and serve. If you have some champignons, sauté them and serve with the omelette.

When i eat them at a breakfast .. hard cooked, eaten with good salt

As a lunch, combined with some sausage slices (ham, salami, all that must be eaten...), cheese and noodles + good spices All mixed together.

I prefer mine cooked, but I can eat them raw if necessary.

Split:

  • the whites mixed with a tiny bit of salt, a lot of sugar and left in the oven for +/- 90 minutes at 90°C.
  • The yolks mixed with oil, a bit of mustard, and a mix of lemon juice and vinegar

Alternatively, baked into an omelet with whatever veggie leftovers I have at hand.

I love eggs in different ways, but I'll tell you did I prepared them today.
Scrambled with butter, cheese and rough grounded chili peppers added in the halfway being done.
Bacon crisps and toasts with cream cheese on the side.

scrambled with tomatoes, basil and oregano, black pepper, turkey and covered in cheese and put into a wrap or sandwich. It's also pretty nice with honey mustard or brown mustard.

Never tried mustard on my eggs but it doesn't sound that odd. I prefer salsa though.
