Should I list each F.E.A.R game individually or as the collection?

My thinking on it, is why not give them to one person? You could be right, I might need to list them individually. I will give a day or two to think on it

If you have all the components of the collection (check), I think it's up to you. You can make separate giveaways or just one for the collection, but just send all the components to the winner.

Don't do DLC giveaways. They are a nightmare, especially if Steam cannot properly report base game ownership. And even then, if you own the DLC, you can still enter, and people who do own it will enter. And not just a few, but in some cases the overwhelming majority of entries will be actually ineligible people. (The only exceptions are DLCs for those games where the base game has been bundled to death, but the DLC was never.) If you really post them separately, then just do the base games and send along the DLC keys.
But, honestly, I'd do them as a pack and post how many items can someone own to be able to enter. Support will grant you a reroll even if you set it at 0 games, since the "majority of bundle owned" reason when picking a reroll is not an exact, percentage-based rule.

hmm, good suggestion. I was thinking of doing the DLCs with the games anyways.

I have keys for F.E.A.R (both DLCs), F.E.A.R. 2: Project Origin, F.E.A.R. 2: Reborn DLC and F.E.A.R. 3
