Borderlands 2 4-Pack 15€ & Borderlands 2 5€ Price glitch?

Both Mac & PC versions give a Steam key because it's Steamworks, so doesn't matter what you buy. But the 4-Pack (Mac) says to me not available in your region.

Yes, it's about the same in $, the other PC non GotY 4-Pack cost 30,6€, not good deal, but 15€/20$ also is not best price glitch, but still 5$ for each game is good, if you find friends to buy. But I already have the game.
