You make them then freeze them and sell them? I'm just curious from a process point of view. I'm always interested in food-selling ventures.
They do look good. Tip for a better finished look: sprinkle some a little grated cheese on top and you'll get more color and a lacy golden top.

Yes, mostly that. You have to keep them sealed in the freezer because the dough gets pretty dry. You can bake them frozen directly, 15 minutes to max.
