I hate the idea of having tons of badges. And yes, crafting is addictive

Stopped crafting badges after Level 10. Just want to reach that level. :3

I agree, however I can't see myself crafting a badge without making it level 5, atleast if I really like the game. Planning on doing these lvl 5

Wish I had this idea.. Now I'm with a lot of badges that I don't really like.

I ended up selling all the cards I own, due to making a heavy loss on a foil. Oh well...

I don't think so, the only reward that I want from crafting is those emotes/background. But if the emote or the background is much more cheaper than the cards, then forget about crafting

Got badges and free money as well thanks to foil cards lol. To be honest, at first I can't think that I will be a card-fetish like this lol

I have 300 friends and growing. I can craft a couple badges with my foil money.

I stopped after I got a foil, sold it, and got to 10. Seems like a waste of money now there's booster packs. Although I just think that it's a way to spend the leftover money you have in your steam wallet.

If there was more incentive to crafting a badge then I would be more likely to participate. But as it is; I prefer to just sell the cards on the market and use the steam wallet I get from it on impulse on sale items. I'd rather have a game than a badge.

Once I craft a badge, I max it out and it's only for games I enjoy playing. I don't enjoy collecting badges at level 1 or 2 just for the sake of having the badge. The past two weeks have been very disappointing for me because no games I enjoy playing have released cards :P

The games I really love aren't likely to get badges and cards, so I just crafted two with games I have that had cheap cards and the badges at least looked neat so I could get to level 10. So I have a Magicka and Offspring Fling! badge even though I've barely played both games.

Just got 10 level and started selling all my cards. I got like 15€ from them (no foils).

I started to lose interest when I realised I'm going to have to spend a LOAD of money to actually get any badges due to how few card drops you get and that booster packs seem to be pretty much non-existent.

I couldn't care less about this badges than I am now. I just sell all my cards. Already bought the only background that I like and several games with that money.

yes its addicting but i managed to beat it and i didnt craft a badge yet :D

nope, not at all, selling every card i get..

i have one maxed out badge (CS:GO) but i think i'll try to lvl up a few more sometime in the future
