No.

Ignoring its incredibly lazy, many users have a description in their giveaway for a reason. You can take the time to glance at those at least.

+1 Hell no! I hide private giveaways in my public ones to give a better chance to those who read.

That's so smart! I'll try that when I have the opportunity to give away more games (:

The mastermind behind this idea is a user who likes brainz. :)

you can use sg++ and set it to open giveaways in a popup. it's way faster than opening all GAs in tabs and you can easily read what the creator says and enter/comment.

entering giveaways without opening them or not reading the descriptions is considered rude by some/most people here.

There's actually a browser extension that does that. I never use the feature, though (a use the extension for other things, such as easily spotting my wish listed items).

Just like @DeltaBladeX and @Mullinx have both pointed out, descriptions are there for a reason.

I can understand why some people would want it and why some would not. It would save the site a lot of bandwidth and the people that want it are not going bother reading the descriptions even with the way the site it setup now.

The reason why it is probably best to not have the button is because a lot of giveaways are created to promote something. It's like advertisement and without having to view the page, they probably wouldn't create the giveaways. For example, just today I went to enter a game and the creator asked in the description to look at a greenlight game and vote if you like it, so I did. It turns out that it was a game I never heard of and it looked like a game I would enjoy a lot, so I voted for it.

Also, some people like to write stuff in the description just to have fun and communicate with other people. It would take a lot of the community feeling out of SG with the button added.

I am kind of torn between having and not having the button, but in the end I think it is best to not have it.

I think an even better suggestion is that we just get games without doing anything. Why do we even need to click buttons for a chance to win? This site can be streamlined if it automatically delivers us games. </sarcasm>
