It is an open garage, the letters are located at the other side of the entance. The owners know that there will be people looking for those letters and they do not mind. These letters start with "B" inside the circle :)

I'm not from Cyprus.I thought you have the Secret - treasure book - that you have to travel in some places to found the clue for the next journey.Good luck then :)

It's most probably newly written code, so it will not be visible at street view. Also, it is at the other side of the entrance, so almost no chance to find it online :)
