I know that it was excluded in the actual season 2, but it came out later with it's own 5 episodes :V
Basically, those 5 episodes are supposed to happen in between Kabukimonogatari and Otorimonogatari.....But I can't figure out which episode Kabukimonogatari ends at!

(according to the writer's intentions)
Every watch order list I've ever seen (or can currently google up) has put Hana after the second season. Likewise, it's hard to say what the author's intentions actually are- the original works never really followed a cohesive order (and certainly didn't follow the internal chronology), while the anime (barring some of the release delays mentioned in the link above) is generally considered to polish up the content order for a much more solid presentation. [This isn't actually unusual- often anime are a way for an author to create a 'definitive' version of their work.]
Keep in mind also that the anime modifies the presentation to match the release order, so going out of release order may actually weaken the narrative for you, rather than positively affect it. Though, as I (vaguely) recall, Hana is more of a side-story, anyway, so there may not be much cause to stress over its placement, either way.
Monogatari Series Second Season.
Starting August 20th, The chronology for these is as follows:
Kabukimonogatari; 8th novel. Occurs August 20th - 21st
Onimonogatari; 11th novel. August 21st to August 23rd,
Nekomonogatari: 7th novel. August 21st - 24th.
Otorimonogatari; 10th novel. October 31st - November 2nd.
Koimonogatari; 12th novel. January 1st - February 1st
Tsukimonogatari; 13th novel. Occurs February 13th - 14th.

This is the order of the Light Novel volumes:
01 Bakemonogatari v1
02 Bakemonogatari v2
03 Kizumonogatari
04 Nisemonogatari v1
05 Nisemonogatari v2
06 Nekomonogatari (Black)
07 Nekomonogatari (White)
08 Kabukimonogatari
09 Hanamonogatari
10 Otorimonogatari
11 Onimonogatari
12 Koimonogatari
13 Tsukimonogatari
14 Koyomimonogatari
15 Owarimonogatari v1
16 Owarimonogatari v2
17 Owarimonogatari v3
18 Zoku-Owarimonogatari
19 Orokamonogatari
20 Wazamonogatari
21 Nademonogatari
22 Musubimonogatari
"v" means volume.
To make it less confusing Kizumonogatari belongs to the first season of the Light Novel, but it's a prequel.
So what I put here is the order of the actual books, not chronologically but chronologically Kizumonogatari will go first, and maybe more tweaks like the guy said above :/

Hello to those who are reading this, I'm having some issues figuring out a point in where a story ends in the Monogatari Series.
So the whole debate in the anime is "what order to watch" is quite a choosing. Myself I want to watch it in the order it was intended by the writer. However, one of the stories (according to the writer's intentions) is supposed to come somewhere in between Monogatari Season 2 but I can't figure out where :/
http://bakemonogatari.wikia.com/wiki/Monogatari_Series_Second_Season
The one story in question is Hanamonogatari which is supposed to take place between Kabukimonogatari and Otorimonogatari. I cannot figure out which episode that is though!
Someone help :c
