I had someone win a game from me and that has looked at it but not marked it as received.I was trying to add them on steam so i could figure out what went wrong,Because i was pretty sure i sent the right key and everything, but they declined it. So i went to find a different way to contact them and i went to their games that they have won to see if i could find a comment or something so i could message them and notice that he has never marked any of the games that he has won as received..So im find it odd that this person has been having issues with not receiving any of the games he has won and not saying anything about it. He is either very unlucky about people not sending the keys and just not caring or something else is going on. Wondering what i should do about this?
