I think you get full CV because you get the value of the bundle, which already is heavily discounted from each game regular price.

Yes you get full CV as long as the pack is not on the list.
Although if all games in the pack were bundled, it's probably just not added yet and you can expect to retroactively lose CV. But if it's not all the games that were bundled you should be fine.

Usually, yes. But be careful that it might get retroactively bundled. I bought the Daedalic Armageddon Bundle a few weeks ago (was not on the bundle list at the time of the giveaway), but it was added to the list retroactively from April. :'( If the steam bundle has a majority of bundled games in it, I wouldn't get your hopes up of getting full CV.
