This is false advertising. You won't get a free game unless you beat the others. He should have written something different. For example "hey please use my ref link to help me get a free game" or something and then suffer from a mighty hammer of ban.

Game Getter is probably the worst platform I know of. They keep changing their business model all the time, at first it was "the more people buy, the lower the price" which was quite attractive esp. for low-key games but now they've stooped so low as to create referral competitions for AAA titles. That's just bullcrap.

Once upon a time, there was an FAQ that was not read and the wind blew with fury as PimpMasterGrand posted referral links.
