Pantyhose & Garterbelt with Stocking. Well, if by "best" you mean "most WTF-inducing".

For Manga, my vote goes to Jojo's Bizarre Adventure starting from the Stardust Crusaders arc (The first 2 arcs are Ok, but the third is where the Stands that make the series what it is are introduced.)

Can anyone recommend me some "Naruto like" anime? I really like Naruto because it has many interesting characters with their own stories. So something like that would be perfect.

For now is best anime I ever saw Naruto.

Trigun and Princess Mononoke for me. Can watch those over and over again.

The Yotsuba anime, whenever it ends up being made. Obviously.

I won't call these the best cus there is none, but these are some of my favorite Gintama, One piece, Hunter x Hunter, Steins;Gate, Code Geass, GTO, Full metal panic? Fumoffu, Beck, TTGL, Ano Hana, Eureka 7 etc

Boku no Pico is the best, no doubt.

The claymore anime would have been better if they didn't make that horrible ending.

I would have to do a top 5 at least. Hunter X Hunter the new one, Gundam 00, Cowboy Bebop, Usagi Drop, EF: A Tale of Memories. I've watched too much anime but these are some of the best series that I still remember today.
