Maybe there was a bug that momentary raised the value of CS here (for example if it was included in a pack during the sale, it probably took the value of the pack), got them temporary to level 2 and they entered in the meanwhile. Could also be that they had a received giveaway that was deleted after they entered, getting them back to level 1.

Maybe he gave away a free game (Bloop, grimoire, etc), managed to get level 2, and then the giveaway got deleted (so he went back to level 1).

Yeah, I could have, but I thought I would like to know of the cause first. And I doubt forgetting to blot out an email can get me suspended. Maybe a warning, yes. Maybe a temp ban, yes.
