Get email when a topic is created in selected subforum

Hello,

Could we please have a feature where we can get an email sent every time a topic is created in a subforum selected? For example, everytime someone posted in https://www.steamgifts.com/discussions/deals I would get an email.

Maybe some kind of user-written browser script or pop-up thing would show this? No clue.
