Witcher 3 29.99 on GMG?

Seems like an error on GMG. If you go to Hot Deals the game shows to be 29.99 out of 49.99. Adding it to the basket doesn't change that and the voucher doesn't work.
The thing is on the GMG main page the game shows as 49.99 still.

It's not an error. It is the vip deal; they have special deals which are only available if you have an account. You can't use vouchers but can use GMG credit, if you have any.

it's a VIP deal I would have bought that but I want to buy DLC with it too and I can't buy the DLC for witcher 3 if I didn't purchase it from Steam or for steam that key only works for GOG
