I don't blacklist like it'll win me a prize, so I am nowhere near reaching the limit. By cleaning their blacklists, they'll find new victims. Tsk tsk.

I was surprised to see that I had 14 permanently suspended people on my blacklist. I was even more surprised to see the length of time some people got for their suspensions. One person still had 4 weeks left but I don't know how many weeks it was to start with.

Already said somewhere else, after some time to 'defend' those permabanned should be auto deleted from blacklists.
