I would recommend you download ESGST and in settings find "5. Users", "9. Sent/Won Ratio" enable that and then it'll look like the image below, find "Ratio" and mouseover the number to the far right and it'll show real CV/ real value.

I'm having a hard time trying to figure out your "average GA length", am I correct in thinking it's around 24 hrs?

Yes generally 24h though I started with shorter ones in the first two weeks I think, to build up GA slots.
Exceptions were/are only for special group/invite only GA's, e.g. 3 days for RPG Treasury or severel weeks for certain trains.
