Decided to buy something for 50USD, I could use a normal card but if you use PP you get a bonus right now. How much are the normal fee? Also from what i heard there will be a fee for exchanging from my currensy to USD if so how much is that? Not sure if it would be worth it.

Not sure of the exact rates and fees, but you can see the exact price before you commit to pay. So, you could probably just make an account and get to that stage to check.

I've forgot my pass and question a long time ago. Noticed you could make a "guest" payment now without having to have a user. And from what i saw i did not see anything but the 50USD i was spending.

Various, for different country, for different currency. The last time I had a 7.4% Paypal fee.
You can see that is fee before send money.

I sent money "to friend" with included all commission. Paypal account to Paypal account.
I check fee, for different country if different fee. Send money from UK to RU != send money from RU to UK, send money from IE(€) to RU != send money from RU to IE(€), and etc.
Paypal have info about fee. https://www.paypal.com/en/webapps/mpp/paypal-fees
I by fact Paypal fee is too huge for regular using.

I don't care for PP but 25% bonus might be worth it. But it depends on the fee i'll have to pay.

Any PayPal fees will be way less than a 25% bonus.

In this case 25% if not much as the base number is low. But shit is semi expensive so i'm hoping it will still be a slight profit. But not sure.

I haven't used Paypal in awhile (about a year), but when I did, I actually wasn't charged fees for purchases I made. However, I stopped using Paypal when they screwed up and charged a purchase to my bank instead of my CC, even though my CC was primary... That mistake resulted in $45 worth of NSF fees which pissed me off.

PayPal fees are always fair.

(it says so on their website)

Partially or fully funded payment by a credit card, debit card or PayPal Credit: 3.9% of the transaction + $0.30 (or the equivalent in any currency)
https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/paypal-fees#fixed-fees

could be wrong, I guess, since I'm not sure if that's fixed for US only, but I would just look at the page for your country

Buying is free of fee.
around 3% to 4% fee for seller
Sending money to someone without transaction has fee, depending on your country

No.
You did say you wanted to buy something right?
So no fee for you.3% fee is for the seller. He will pay this as soon as he received money for transaction.
