Just taking any cool suggestion one could do with giving away stuff... Something slightly different, relatively low effort and that could get the 5-entries... Just to clarify I'm looking for puzzle, thread and other sort of ideas. Like Jigidi, it's too hard, or other such things.
Nothing special will be given anyway. Only things like this: https://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/3wtO1/of-orcs-and-men

I'm too far beyond diminishing returns with either of them...
Not that 12 copies of Bad Rat's and 7 copies of Bad Rat's show is enough damage on this community...

ROT14 instead of ROT13. ☺
Hmm this is actually kinda fun... Thanks I might do more of these... Just not telling which ROT and which charset...
Such racism.... ;)
There is this guy on the orphan keys thread that drops the keys with some nice riddles
Now that I think of. I just got nice idea about that...
Have to figure this one out, but it could be a cool thing...
5 copies of Fortix.
You can edit descriptions of some of your old giveaways to link to invite only new giveaways. Someone did similar scavenger hunt once and I enjoyed it.
Was also thinking of something like that... It does sound like fun one.
maybe a nonogram like this here: Link
That looks interesting, but way too much work for my lazy ass...
what about posting a sudoku on itstoohard, mark random numbers and have that as an answer
My thread is getting some publicity, I'm quite flattered :3
I have written code to generate the nonograms (with the whole QR code thingie) so it isn't as tedious as it seems. I still have to test them to make sure that there is only one solution but hey that's the fun part :).
If that is an avenue you'd consider you can get in touch with me and I would be pleased to help out.
Otherwise Jigidis are always a sure bet and they're really fun to solve and accessible to everyone.
One of the ideas that tricked me was hiding the link to a giveaway in an imgur image description. Typically people share the link to the image directly, so it's a pretty clever trick.
Kinda fun... I remember once doing chain from different places to different places...
You could hide the characters in a screenshot like this one.
Other option which is way too hard is stenography...
Back when SErVER51 (?) made his game I tried turning it into Battleships, so you had to try and "sink" a 5 digit code to get your link.
Or there is hangman.no or alike, although those use Flash, which is being purged from the web forever.
Even less original...
A jigidi with a screenshot like the post above, that links to an itstoohard, that gives an obfuscated code to an old GA, that has a riddle...etc etc...
Maybe have a look at mine :)
If you're looking for a tricky, but simple, puzzle then you could make a solid color Jigidi.
Personally, I'm fond of the It's too hard puzzles where there are drawings of characters or shows and you have to guess who they are or where they are from. It may take a little more effort since you (generally) want something that's original so it can't be reverse image searched and given away easily like that.
