I didn't know you could approve it directly as the giveaway creator, I thought you'd have to contact the admins regardless. Anyway, I think buying a new key should automatically solve everything, so just make sure they are informed so they know what's going on (and he gets off the hook).

Hi there people.
One of my giveaways ended recently. Winner activated the key but then they realized it was a VR game and they cannot play it. So winner contacted me and told they bought a new key and want to delete giveaway. I thought maybe I can just mark approved on PA site since winner seems like a nice person and not many people have VR headset.
So is it allowed to mark approved on PA site in this case. Did anyone experience same thing before. I also wrote this on steam group. Now I am waiting for a response from group admin/mods...
