Can someone tell me the difference between a regular mouse and a weighted mouse?

The weighted mouse is heavier ? I think some people would find that more comfortable. I do, I prefer feeling a "full" mouse over a plastic-y empty mouse.

It's a matter of taste, but you can't go wrong with a mouse with adjustable weight.
