Australian Giveaways Simple Rule System

1.Only Australian steam users allowed
2.Contributor Value must me above $10
3.No restrictions on gifts (bundle). all STEAM games allowed
4.Users have 30 days to create there FIRST giveaway and please post it in the discussion forums for other users to see
5.Giveaways MUST be open for at least 48hours allowing everyone time to join them
6.Max 50 people for now :)

i'm not sure about that quality:community ratio wise, but then again i don't participate in giveaway groups 'cos of the price stigma. have a free bump.
