Not sure what you did to get there since I can't access my tags on this PC, but I don't remove outside of rare circumstances like special invite only groups that require it.

DeltaBlade is an ass who doesn't even know why he blacklists you and still won't remove you. Been there, done that -- he's a horrible person imo. The best thing you can do is blacklist him and laugh at all his problems like not being able to afford a new modem and making excuses about it now and goes to mommys and daddys house to browse SteamGifts.

I can afford internet, but a dead modem is pointless to replace when I only need it for another 16 days. Since the contract at the current location isn't under my name, I shouldn't even be the person replacing it, but my flatmate didn't care about it (since as I later found, he was intending to move anyway). I've stopped paying my share of that bill already and hopefully they had the sense to cancel it.
As for blacklists, I do remove the occasional person if I've forgotten the reason. They typically have a much better ratio. :P
I also remove unused accounts (no activity for at least 5 months), but that is really only when I need more space. Back at 1000 right now.

I think you miss the point. You spend too much time worrying about blocking people. This site is about giving away games not about blocking people from entering giveaways. I guarantee you've spent more time on discussion boards and dealing with your blacklist than you have giving away games even if you've given away so many -- the ratio of your charity compared to assholedness is abysmal.
The fact that you FILL your blacklist to 1000 makes me literally not care if you have bad experiences in real life.

It looks like I am in his BL too.
But I figured out that making and posting invite-only giveaways in forums - without clearing BL - is a cheap way to do griefing for some people here...
BL random forum users, then post invite-only giveways in forum.

And disgustingly that is seemingly literally Delta's favorite thing to do. To post invite-only giveaways on the forums, rarely doing public giveaways, and make sure his block list is up-to-date with ACTIVE users trying to use the site.

You're the pot calling the kettle black. You realize your post is an oxymoron right?
Why are you worrying about what I'm worrying about what others are worrying about what I'm worrying about what you're worrying about what others worry about? HMM?!?!

There's also a difference between me being a native speaker of English and him not being one.
His reply could also be directed at you? Why are you worrying about what we're posting here? It's a strawman argument only used by either someone ignorant of the real world or trying to manipulate others viewpoints.

But why do you care so much about his blacklist? :D
I'm really curious 'cause I care about my home, my books, my food, my games I give away here and the games I play etc. and at the same time, I really don't care about any other person's home, books, food, games they give away and games they play. They can live in any condition they please, they can do anything with their books, they can eat shitty food if they want, they can give the games away to everyone or to select potential winners as they please, they can play only AAA titles or only Digital Homicide games... If this rocks their boat and doesn't hurt anyone else - cool, let them keep doing that, let them be happy.
So - why?

I don't care so much about the blacklist, but moreso the effect it has on other SG users. Because I can care about the feelings of others, especially and overrulingly so if they're likely innocent within the situation. It's human nature to care about others to a degree. This natural human function can be activated for many reasons. Often when one experiences something and sees others experience the same thing that person can relate. Relating to someone can often cause them to care for the individual in some manner.
There are multitudes of posts from people blacklisted by Delta asking why they were blacklisted.
Delta's answer is always the same, "I don't know and I don't remove people."
I've been there and I don't respect someone that just blindly blacklists people for reasons they can never remember.

Oh, so it's more about general attitude, I see.
I guess he can just not to remove people under the rule "you get here once, you never get out no matter what". I mean each person has their own rules on that, right? I see it should be as respectable as your point of view "you can blacklist when you have a solid reason" ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
But I understand your point. Many thanks for explaining and not hating me for asking. :D

From the personal experience gotta say that in a situation like this you shouldn't be visiting regular websites but looking for a (new/better) job and a place to stay. It would also be wise to always have several options readily available just in case, don't stop after finding just one seemingly good way out.

Visiting family to use their internet for house hunting (though with no luck at this time)
Annoying thing is my sister knew someone who had spent a while looking for a flatmate and if my current flatmate had bothered to mention his plans to move before he found a place for himself, I'd have been fine. My sisters friend only got someone last weekend. :(
