For as long as I've been here I've seen some awesome users here both forums and chat and I've seen my fair share of shady asshole users as well(you know who you are) so I'd thought I'd celebrate the good times by having this giveaway

Wait a sec, why was the old thread deleted? Because people were pointing out you HAVE TO GIVE IT TO ANY winner that wins?

Not to be an asshole, but even if an "asshole" wins the giveaway, you can't just re-roll. You NEED to give it to them unless they agree to a re-roll.

Err, I forgot to address that, yeah, the thing about that is if they try it which I doubt they will, then I'll just report them on some past activity that results in them breaking the rule. IF they're inactive though for like say a couple months then I'm not gonna bother.

What danknee said. Also, Private/group giveaways are allowed special rules as long as they are not unreasonable(whitelist/ specific comment). But if the description was a simple "Goodluck", then you would be right.

Maybe not, but a few thousand others also aren't able to check the site every single day. Both long and short giveaways have their purpose and people who prefer one or the other.
