Leveling- Go to high level areas alone or with friends and kill monsters until you see the phrase 'LEVEL UP'.

Points- 400 is the current max.

Winning, sacrifice a virgin (like some users here) to the full moon on the fourth solstice of a harvest moon on the fifth July of the year.

How do you level up?

By giving away giveaways here on the site. The FAQ has an explanation on value of your giveaways. Short answer is that unbundled giveaways level you up faster then bundled giveaways.

How do you get more P?

That goes up by itself. You can only have 400 at one time though.
