I posted before in the previous one from a couple months ago too, and in terms of leveling on steamgifts its pretty worth what you spend. In terms of getting games, for me personally, so far its been a bust. I might get a few more whenever they introduce a new reward just for those slim chances but who knows.

Those are the games from the bundles I bought, The ones with the green colors is the ones that give full cv and with the about $65 I spent, I got $117 of cv. So those were from buying the 25 keys option since to get more than what you spend its better to buy more keys on average I was getting 1-4 games that have not been bundled.
Thats why I said I find it to be not worth it but if you wanna give some games away, you get more than what you spend on it. If I put the keys up from the bundled games I would be over level 9 already xd
