Yeah I just noticed how much the DLC is on Steam, yikes. Costs more than the Complete Package which even includes the base game.

If you read that site's ToS you have to agree that you reside in South America before registering, since that's the only region the publishers have authorized them to sell their games. That's not to say that the site is actually enforcing that, but I'd only try buying there as a last resort.
