Never Won any games because i just joined recently i just found out about this website and i hoped to win a game to see if it really works :(

The winner is picked randomly, yes. It can take a while to win - my first win was after about 900 entries.

Expecting to win in the first 24 hours after joining and complaining ? Nah, bro.

It can take weeks, sometimes months. I remember when I started entering giveaways on SteamGifts, I would come by several times a day and check the giveaways I had entered... That'll pass...
