Just a quick question: Are all the free dlc's for Payday 2 automatically added to your account?

i think that you need to add them because in Sleeping Dogs there were 2 or 3 free DLC's that i only got after added to my account

Nope, don't think so. PAYDAY 2 Free DLCs are just integrated into the main game.
Example: "The Election Day Heist is a free update that is automatically included in PAYDAY 2 on Steam" They just happen to have store pages up.

As long as you have the required update (Version), they're in your game.

In PayDay 2 case they are added. I think Valve took a page from MS book and forced them to call content-patches a DLCs.
