Any developer on itch.io can organize and publish a bundle. Because of this quality can vary greatly. This isn't an official bundle by itch.io or anything, just a dev that presumable got some dev friends together to try and raise money for charity.

I got excited for a second and thought it is one of the really great itch.io charity bundles, where they have a lot of great indies together, but this is just a few cheap "adult" games, hosted by the developers, not itch.io themselves.

I see that this bundle raises money for Ahbap charity that is also mentioned in the other discussion alongside the government agency called AFAD. It seems like Ahbap might be the main preference in Türkiye itself. Something to keep in mind.
As for the games...well. No comments.
