Apparently Monster Hunter Rise was originally what the OP listed, but after one hour of going on sale someone at the store switched from 77% off to only 60% off. It's safe to say that whoever set up the sales made a mistake and adjusted it fairy quickly. That's probably the same scenario for those other titles as well.

Planet games is good and legit site, I am buying there all my recent unbundled giveaways aka Dredge, Hogwarts legacy or Ni no kuni, cause they provide for almost all games in their store ROW keys (except Russia and Belarus). None key I bought there turned duplicate or region locked yet. Before I was shopping at Fanatical and I started face them problem really often.
