I don't understand you. Nobody can add it to inventory. You can gift it to your friend but he only can activate the game. That's all. The only way i used with Dragonball was to send it as a gift to my e-mail then give a link to activate the game.

And the other thing is if I gift to someone who gets VAC banned (on the game in question I think), I can never gift that game again? That's my understanding anyway.

Unless you want it right now and can afford to wait, Humble seems to have 50% sales on it. And you can have a "buy as a gift" option there to send a gift link to your email for later use and potential trading. (You just need to save the code somewhere, since these purchases are still not showing up in your library there, the only option after losing the one email they send with the link is to claim the gift link from your account and generate the key.)

I think (I'm not 100% sure though) that you can e-mail it to yourself and then give him the link that you got inside that e-mail. When you e-mail a gift, there's a LINK inside that e-mail that you can click in order to receive the gift.

I read on lots of sites it can be activated in Germany it just does not show up in the German steam store so they cannot purchase it. I will need to look more into, luckily my frind is not german. But some of my german gaming friends have asked before and I didn't know.

afaik you need the eu-restricted version of the game but to be sure you can tell at least your german friends that mmoga has a key for around 25 that works, or just look for a german key selling site that has no vpn warning

that sounds like the copy on instant - gaming I think it's EU only so it might be the one its 20€.
I bought a steam copy now and I don't know if it's the EU copy or not or ROW. Her in Irland there's usually no restrictions.
Also the realy odd thing is on dispenser .tf when a game does not redeem in a region it tells you but the copies I've seen there don't list any restrictions at all. pffft...
I wish there was an easy way to tell all of this sht.

yeah its really annoying with the great (gaming) violence is bad laws. the game would probably be ok in germany but out of fear of rejection they didnt give a test version to the government and so germany got a nice buying ban for the game

Unrelated question: I really want to play this game now or in the near future( summer holidays) but I never buy less than 75% off. So do you guys think this game will have a deeper discount on the steam summer sale or if it will be the same? If it's going to be the same, I am willing to buy it now
