In my opinion, this is a bit of a troll bundle because they name it "Complete" but they don't actually include Deponia: The Complete Journey.
Similar deals IndieGala - Deponia Complete Bundle (without Deponia Doomsday, priced at 3,48€) or Fanatical - Deponia Complete Pack ($3.99/£3.19/€3.99).
I think that Daedalic Artist Selection Bundle would be a much better choice.

AFAIK, Deponia: The Complete Journey is just first 3 games packed together with a single launcher. Either you buy the first 3 games seperately or buy Deponia: The Complete Journey and save some tiny bit of money.
Deponia Doomsday was released in 2016, a year after IndieGala(expired 2015-09-07) and Fanatical(expired 2015-12-08) launched their Deponia Complete bundles.

Hope it's the right place to ask this, but it's been a long time I was out of all of this (years...). What can I expect in term of price if I wait for Happy hour on the new IG Bundle (Monday Motivation 66)? Right now, since it just launched, it's $3.49 for high tier (with 30% discount with cryptos). So, pretty decent, but individual. If I want to buy 4packs during happy hours to make giveaways, how much could it cost me? (without crypto discount :/) around $4.49 or $4.99 I guess?

The extra 30% OFF for payments made with a supported Cryptocurrency is not available during Happy Hour.
If the launch price is $3.49, then its normal price will be around $4 and I think roughly $5.50 - $6.00 for one bundle during HH (with the pack price depending on the number of packs bought). Buying 4 packs (in total: 1 bundle for launch + 4 packs (each giving 4 extra bundles) = 17 bundles) should cost around $3.49 initial purchase + $20 gift packs.
I don't pay much attention to the HH prices, since I don't organize GroupBuys, but I know that they're usually in that range.
A GroupBuy copy for Monday Motivation costs roughly $1.18. Based on that you can maybe estimate the prices for the packs better (knowing that GroupBuys are usually for 40 copies).
Example calculation from one of the GroupBuys threads: (($ 3.49 + 2x $ 21.22) / 41) * 1.05 = $ 1.1763
($21.22 was the price for a 5-pack, 1.05 comes from the extra 5% fee that the GroupBuy hosts are allowed to take)

But during happy hour, since we get gifts, the price increase to $5.50-$6.00? I was thinking it was the same price as "normal price" (so around $4.00 for bundle with gifts).
Well, if it's right, I guess I will just buy it for myself haha and will wait for a better bundle which can be interesting for other people in some giveaways. It was just to be generous, not to pay less myself ^^

You best approach then is to buy your copy RIGHT NOW before the special price ends (in 2 hours I think).
You will be able to decide if you want to buy another copy (giving you 5 bundles in total, counting your first purchase) when they do the Happy Hour depending on the price.
EDIT: And group buys are still your best option since you could buy ~3 copies for the same price of your single copy during the first 24 hours special price. You might need to find one that still accepts reservations, though. They usually are filled very quickly...

You can check the Steam group and Groupbundl.es. Groupbundl.es is automated and very easy to use, but I see that the IG Monday Motivation 66 is already complete (I think you can request a new group buy, though) and since you're in France, there's fees when paying. Usually you'll want to find a host that is based in Europe so you can send the payment via Paypal without fees.

It's a pretty busy week for me at work, so I apologize for not being able to reply sooner. I'm happy that devotee was there to help you though.
For future GroupBuy reservations, keep in mind that you are allowed to buy only one copy (based on the group rules) unless the host has too many spots unfilled. With IndieGalas, it's pretty tight and you can rarely find hosts in this situation (unless the bundle is very bad).
Also with GroupBuys you need to check the Paypal region of the host, in order to avoid extra fees. GroupBundl.es is indeed automated but uses US PayPal (or you can send some credit in advance), while the Steam group's hosts are from different regions.

Yep right now I found a groupbuy on the steamgroup but unfortunately for only one bundle. I like to giveaway to my mother or here on steamgift so I will see if it can fit me or no. I didn't really understand how fees work on paypal. I will have my answer when the current groupbuy im into will be over :)

I'm not sure if you're confusing packs and happy hours. "Packs" have a fixed price (including a small discount) depending on the bundle price. Usually the best option is to buy the bundle during the first week (ideally during the first 24h), that will entitle you to four copies if you buy it AGAIN during the Happy Hour. If you do so, 5 copies of the bundle would cost you $3.49 (first 24h) + $4.49$4.99 ($8.50 for 5 bundles).
On the other hand, I don't know if buying a gift pack during the happy hour would give you any extra copy.
I haven't bought their bundles from quite a while since I'm on a group buy, so someone might want to correct me if I said anything that is incorrect.
Also, you should probably consider joining a group buy since each copy would end costing you a little over $1.
