I have thousands of spare keys and people leave me waiting on "Awaiting Feedback" for what I noticed 20+ hours. Atm I am waiting for 5 people to claim their keys. I've had 1 guy who is sitting on hour 23 now, who logged on 6 hours ago and still hasn't claimed & given feedback. What can I do to get the ball rolling here?

They have 7 days to claim the keys so all you can do is w8 it out.

Oop. That's a long wait for me especially with the number of keys I am trying to giveaway.

Most users claim it within 2 days, you could try and contact them on steam but you can't really do anything else but wait. If they still haven't claimed it after 7 days then u can make a request for reroll if they haven't seen the key

You could try sending a ticket to support requesting more giveaway slots.

If you have more than one key for the same game, you can always give more than one per GA too.
But if I'm not mistaken you get full CV for up to 5 keys per GA, after that the CV per key is reduced according some formula or other.

Multi-copy giveaways still count for as many "slots" as copies - if you can create 5 giveaways, you cannot make a 10-copy giveaway.

Try to add keys with higher CV first, so you'll level up faster -> gain more slots faster.
You can check at https://www.steamgifts.com/bundle-games
Some tips could be found at https://www.steamgifts.com/discussion/VyLBm/where-can-you-check-how-much-contributor-value-a-game-gives

The number of gained slots is not depending on the value of the games given away.

Edit: If I remember correctly, you gain 1 new giveaway slot for each 3 giveaways sent and mark received.

Try level restriction in my experience giveaways level 2 and higher cause less trouble and you reward members who have actually contributed to the site.

Well, those people are not breaking any rules (which you also agree to when registering/creating a giveaway), so.. While I understand that it could be annoying, you don't know the reason, so try not to judge. As to a person who was online but still didn't claim - they might've used unofficial phone app, which allows to open/enter giveaways, but there's no functionality to actually claim your win, which this person then does at home, for example.

As a workaround, I've seen many times in the forum that some suggested contacting support for receiving giveaway slots early, but my guess would be that they have enough tickets as is.

Beeing online at steamgifts doesn't mean they have access to steam as well.

Higher level users tend to activate it faster but there can always be a reason why they can't.

(As someone said)
You can contact support and ask them to increase your giveaway limit. There's a special category for it. As you are in good standing that won't be a problem.
Maybe not 1000 at once ;)

Online on steamgifts doesnt mean the person is online. I dont doubt people leave their pc or device on for weeks while away. Many in lower levels barely check the site because almost everything is automated by bot for keys, but not for gifts on steam.

It shouldn't be an issue for too long. For every 3 received feedback you get, you will gain an additional giveaway slot. If you make short running giveaways and keep creating as many giveaways as you can, you should have a decent number of slots after a week or two. Then because you can have a larger number of giveaways running at once, you will gain additional giveaway slots much faster.

To add to what others said, you could probably try asking the support to give you some more slots, but otherwise you just have to wait...

20+ hours is not the time to fret. I had several times where I got a win notification, the key was not sent yet, and then my life happened for about 24 hours. Only to see the next morning, that the key was sent basically right after I left. Sometimes timing just doesn't work out.

great to see someone who loves to do giveaways - just wait they will come and claim and as other say 7+ days to claim or ask for new winner - thanks for all the giveaways btw

The more games you successfully give away, the more giveaways you can create - and soon this waiting for feedback will not be a problem.
For now, only patience helps :)

They might have logged on via phone; don't know about other people, but for me, for instance, it's pretty inconvenient to activate keys via phone, maybe they are like that as well and simply haven't reached their PC yet. Give them time.

Or they are just a classic bots. Its ez to check - usually they have rating under 10%

Sure, that's entirely possible. Still, I generally prefer to give people the benefit of the doubt.

I remember asking support for some extra slots when I was starting up, and trying to make multiple contributions to a community train. Those didn't refresh, as in, they were single-use slots and once they were used, I had to wait for my own to clear up again. But since it created a few more slots because of successfully given away games, I was able to keep feeding into it.

Most people do not take up to the time limit, but I have had times when someone took longer and I emailed them, and things were resolved pretty quickly.

Either way, as others have mentioned, you get 1 new slot for every 3 confirmed successful giveaways, so don't worry. The more you give, the more you are able to give. And pretty soon, you will have more slots than you can feed. :-)

Good luck!

In some groups that demand rations this happens. At least once I didn't redeem a key until my own giveaway ended, because then I wasn't breaking any sort of ratio cutoff mark.

Also, some of us can browse SG on mobile, but only redeem keys inside the client or at east only on PC. if one is traveling away from home (as many have done this Thanksgiving Weekend in the US) they will wait until they are home before activating anything.

Well, other people answered your question. I've been blacklisted some weeks ago because I didn't answered, I think, in 2-3 days after I won. Badly I was on holiday when I won and I just wasn't able to do that lol, so think even that some people may log SG but, for some reason, couldn't have time to log on Steam to activate a key for any reason!
