Nah, I don't think Valve give a damn about individual keys. They have too much to deal with to do anything but mass thefts. Bothering them with this would be a dick move even if I wasn't a mod on a major site that would reflect badly on it. Even if they did, I wouldn't revoke keys because someone didn't say thanks, I'd just consider them a twat. Chances are, that was a scammer.
