Before I bought several bundles and from one day to the next I can no longer buy anything in the humble store, any solution?

I asked them and they told me that my account was blocked for future purchases, but they did not tell me the reasons

If you bought a few of the same bundle there's a chance they've labeled you a key trader. If that's the case you'll have to contact them to get it sorted out. Don't hold your breath though. Humble's customer service is notoriously bad.

I've always found Humble Support to be quite pleasant to deal with. Don't go in guns blazing, just explain your situation. The system might have flagged you as a bulk buyer/trader and locked you out if you bought duplicate bundles. I've never bought more than one copy of a bundle myself, so I don't have experience of this, but from other people's complaints on here, I'm guessing that might be the case?

They put a cooldown on the multiple bundle buying. I usually have to wait a few days, up to a week, before I can buy the same bundle again.

Ah, that's good to know if I do ever want to gift a bundle to someone for a birthday or something. Send the gift one first haha. =)

If you mark too many games as gifts they will ban you from purchasing as they will label you as a trader yeah, I'm in the exact same fudging boat.
And they don't want to tell me why they blocked my purchases... ugh...

I haven't created gift links for more than 2 years. Never buy more than one copy. I have few gift links created in 2018 or before.

Same here. But I am actually glad that humble shadowbanned me. I liked more to buy games than playing them. At least I don't spend that much money on games anymore :D

+1 on this. Got Shadowbanned as well even tho I never buy multiple Bundle, nor create a giftlink (most of the key is for my own library).
I ask the CS more than once and their answer is as generic bots sound as usual to the point is super annoying without explanation nor the reason.

Well, it became the very best solution to not spend any penny on bundle as well as on HB. By Shadowbanned by them, all is left is a monthly choice which is I've just canceled my subs due to very weak bundle.

If you are marked as a trader then unfortunately yeah, Humble bundle for some reason doesn't like people to sell off or give their keys to others, even though they got a gift option, so especially if you used that option a lot they think you are a trader and therefor block you off from further buying games.
People tried their support but they are relentless and discussion in these cases are futile.

Why it's always better to unlock the steam keys and give those to people, as that is untraceable to them.

I don't know if making a new account circumvent it, as it's probably done by ip adress, then only a new account AND a new isp would help.

Do you have any idea if I will be able to buy a bundle again in the future, is that I want the humble bundle for August and it won't let me get it: c

Although i read there being no solid date anywhere, as far as i know once you been marked as a trader and be banned for it, it's gonna be permanent

The only way to bypass that is a new account and a new ip adress (which is hard and you can try asking your isp (you could get one if you disconnect your modem for 48 hours maybe, but better ask), or a new isp but even then.
It's gonna be really really tricky.

.... isn't that theft? Taking your money and giving you no goods/services in return? And how do they know you're an active giveaway creator? Do you have your Steam profile linked to Humble or did they really go into all the trouble of searching for you?

Humble is a really weird website, they kinda claim that they're banning people who create giveaways to help/protect developers, but other websites don't seem to have any such "obligations". Fanatical doesn't seem to care. Indiegala has its own giveaways and trading sections. All these stores sell games from pretty much the same developers/publishers. Only Humble seems to have a problem with people. Indiegala even wants people to buy multiple bundles through the Happy Hour thing. I just don't get it.

Nice, so in other words - if I ever have a problem with one of my keys that I paid my hard-earned money for, I should just let it go, never write to support for help so as to not rouse "suspicion". Great. Thank you for info about your situation.
